How Should I Prepare?
- Develop a must-have shot list with your photographer
- Sleep and eat well the night before
- Plan your look: outfits, nails, hair, grooming, etc.
- On the day of the shoot, wash your face and apply a light moisturizer. Come with clean, dry hair.
- Do not schedule facials or waxing within a few days of the shoot to prevent redness or breakouts.
- Stay hydrated
- Avoid alcohol and excess salt the night before
- Book your hair stylist and make-up artist (if desired) months beforehand
- Let your photographer know of any required accommodations beforehand
- Wear comfortable clothes
- For labor & delivery, your photographer will have your contact number and one other individual's contact number turned on for emergencies. Please contact your photographer as soon as possible.
- For labor & delivery, describe your ideal birth plan to your photographer, including hospital location and who will be present for the delivery,
- Relax, trust your photographer, and have fun!
